Berghetta brings a wealth of experience to family law practice in Adelaide and South Australia, having represented clients across all State and Federal Courts and Tribunals. Her extensive background includes working alongside Queens Counsel in complex court actions and mediations, ensuring her clients receive top-tier legal representation in challenging family law matters such as divorce, property settlements, and child custody disputes.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Berghetta is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Science, which uniquely equips her with an in-depth understanding of her clients' injuries in medical negligence, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accident cases—an invaluable asset in her compensation law work.
Accredited as a mediator since 2006, Berghetta’s mediation skills allow her to guide clients through complex family law disputes with a focus on resolution and collaboration. As an active member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, she stays at the forefront of legal developments, always advocating for the best possible outcomes for her clients.
